“We came across West Valley Boarding Kennels while we were looking for a place to keep our two dogs during the day while our back yard got worked on. They were quick to get back to us and helped us out, (even with it being a last minute request). When we arrived the owner was friendly and I felt very comfortable leaving Dixie and Nova in her and the other staffs care. We thought we only needed them kenneled for a day but what was a one day yard project, turned into three days! They were able to accommodate this, thank goodness! The customer service and dedication shows and is extremely appreciated! They’ll definitely be our go to in the future! Thank you for making our first ever dog kenneling experience a good one!
