Should be a half-star at best. Long wait for surgery. Understaffed, not responsive to patient pain management. A broken finger should not take 3 weeks to fix and two days of pain pills following surgery. Two weeks later still in pain. Who cares. Perhaps some more staff would answer the phone, Maybe pretend they care. Next appointment is two weeks out Follow -up call after surgery. What's that? The whole medical system is broken in the USA. Corporations and Medicine don't mix. Is it time for kaiser or Blue or 1,000s more for a colonoscopy.

After arriving for appointment on time, having my registration completed before I walked in the door. I waited for over 40 minutes in the waiting room to be called in. In that time I witnessed at least 3 people with hand injuries get called in that had arrived much later than I. After being called up, and taken to my exam room. I was SWIFTLY evaluated and taken to x-ray before Dr. Hwang had even spoke a word to me. After dealing with gal that did my x-rays, who could have been a whole lot more polite. Really like the doctors (I have seen several and have had multiple surgeries) but the waits are getting longer. For this current appointment/referral, which is narrowing of the neck that is causing numbness and loss of strength, it has been over 5 weeks since I was seen. Their office has not processed the referral; they have one woman processing referrals for all 22 of their providers. If you need somewhat urgent care (my doctor there wanted me back within three weeks... that obviously isn't happening), go somewhere else.
