Used to be great. Now they are disorganized, horrid customer care (like scheduling MRI in a timely manner or having enough receptionist for check in) and they are snotty and rude. Long long long time patients (knee scopes, ACL, femoral osteotomy, shoulder scope, cervical fusion). Some great MD and PA and some really horrific Medical Assistants and front receptionist. Lost this family of clients today.
Went for an elbow /wrist . Went to urgent 2 times for care for same fall . Because I told him the two stories dr I gave him two different stories and he kept repeating “ you gave me two stories” after I told him what happened a few times. Not concerned I still have the issue blew me off . Appointment lasted 10 min
