502 N 40th Ave, Yakima“I am a physician (hematopathologist) and I depend on my eyes to make diagnosis with a microscope. I was extremely careful on whom I chose to take care of my vision. Dr Ward is extremely talented with a great patient-physician communication. His staff is also exceptional. I highly recommend Dr Ward to anyone needing ocular care.“

311 N 4th St #104, Yakima“When one is experiencing vision loss. (In my life it is due to Wet Macular Degeneration.) It means a lot to know VIC is there. They show an interest in making sure a person knows what is available. VIC also works very hard to get the products that person needs to make life easier and less frightening to the patient. For many years I have supported United Way and the Lions Clubs' vision program, never thinking I would need their assistance. But they provided the assistance which made it possible for me to get one of the devices to help me live an indepent lifestyle. I urge people to give to non profit organizations so people can get assistance for such aids. I did not know about VIC prior to my vision loss. I did not know it is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and tax deductible donations can be made to VICdirectly also. Lisa at VIC knows what helps are available and she knows how to get thathelp for patients. She did that for me and she got help for me from the Naches Lions Club also.“

Summit Family Eye Care, 6201 Summitview Ave, Yakima“I had great customer service for the most part! The lady who helped me picked out my eye glasses was the best part. She had amazing customer service. The employee that started my eye exam could have done a better job. She wasn't very in tune with what she was doing. She didn't seem to be focused on my situation.“

110 S 72nd Ave #120, Yakima“I had a wonderful experience during my visit to the eye clinic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous, making us feel welcomed right away. The office itself is clean, well-organized, and comfortable, which really added to the positive experience. Dr. Ramirez was amazing! She took the time to thoroughly explain and educate both me and my son about our vision health, which I truly appreciated. Although I didn’t have the chance to check out the lenses they carry, I’m confident that this location offers excellent service. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of eye care!“

“I have been a patient of Dr. Copelands for several years and I appreciate his competence, professionalism, and friendliness. On this particular visit, I had a long wait - 35 minutes in the waiting room and another 15 in an exam room. I understand that there was a staff shortage that day.“
