I’ve been a loyal customer at E Nails for the past three years and a frequent visitor over the last decade and I cannot say enough good things about this salon. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and incredibly talented. On occasion, I request a specific design, and the artist nails it every time—pun intended! E Nails will always be my top choice in Yakima, hands down.

My husband went there doing pedicular and she cut his nail wrong..bleeding a bit,and my husband said it hurt. She did say sorry to my husband.But we think it’s not professional,so we never go back there.

I love coming here but they haven't been answering their phones to make appointments, so I went elsewhere.Their prices are similar to others in the west valley area. Their work is great, but I don't like showing up places to find out they don't have time for me. Answering the phone is a basic thing, or having voice-mail set up, but I'll come back once they answer calls again.
