Very professional. My carpet looks great. They use some other method to clean carpets that doesn’t result in a wet dog smell and wet carpet for 24 hours. The price was reasonable. Jacob took his time and did a really good job. Very satisfied. Thanks guys.

Teresa and Kyle were friendly, thorough, and professional. They were willing to travel a distance for our job, for which we were grateful. Would highly recommend this company. I have used 3 other carpet cleaners in Yakima, all of which used soaps and one which left the carpet wet much longer than these guys. They do not use harsh chemicals or soaps and the carpets came out looking new! This is the first time we have had our carpets cleaned in 3.5 years and I cannot say enough about their service.
