Joshua is a vet, and innately helpful. Our Kenmore drier quit working, no heat. I pulled the back cover off, and started testing the element and the fuse, both good. Called Joshua, told him what was going on, and Joshua had the parts. We live 28 miles away, so don't like a wasted trip, and it wasn't. Took all the parts, and Joshua tested them and found the heat sensor faulty, and had one in stock. Joshua actually installed the sensor on the heater element for me, and hooked up what wires he could, and instructed me on the rest. I always take lots of pictures, so easy peasy. Just a great experience, excellent customer service, I knew that Joshua was a good honest American. Highly recommend Budget Appliance.
Bought my washer and dryer here. They work very well and we got a good deal on them. The owner was also kind and very informative. I was given paperwork with the model numbers in case I ever need to replace parts. And they do have a warranty as well, which shows me that they care about their customers and their products. Also would like to mention that they did not charge extra for delivery, and it was prompt and the estimated time was accurate, so we weren't waiting around all day wondering when they were going to show up.Nothing but good things to say from me!
When my washer broke, I saw an expensive re-place. They recommended an inexpensive part that didn't fix it, but allowed for further exploration and all it took was 20 minutes for Steve to take a look and repair it- same day! From the moment I called, to going in to get the part, through scheduling and repair, they were knowledgeable, able to communicate clearly and incredibly decent and down to earth human beings. Thank you for your excellent customer service and repair. We will be back when we need another appliance or... repair.
