“Joshua is a vet, and innately helpful. Our Kenmore drier quit working, no heat. I pulled the back cover off, and started testing the element and the fuse, both good. Called Joshua, told him what was going on, and Joshua had the parts. We live 28 miles away, so don't like a wasted trip, and it wasn't. Took all the parts, and Joshua tested them and found the heat sensor faulty, and had one in stock. Joshua actually installed the sensor on the heater element for me, and hooked up what wires he could, and instructed me on the rest. I always take lots of pictures, so easy peasy. Just a great experience, excellent customer service, I knew that Joshua was a good honest American. Highly recommend Budget Appliance.“
