Worked with Taylor at the Woodinville location for equipment and trailer. Even though it was 5 minutes to close she was attentive and called other stores to make sure I got what I needed. To confirm she also went out her way to call me in this Saturday morning. Thank you Taylor and team for taking care of us!

Excellent service, excellent staff. I rented a 21" aerator for my 5,000 sf. yard. Helped me load it up (very heavy), great coordination at front desk, helped on phone when it was clear there was user error with the machine, didn't laugh at me when I unloaded by myself and it fell out of the back of my SUV. Manager Nick was super. I'd recommend them for equipment rentals and would go back myself (after studying my machines more!)

I reserved an orbital sander to refinish my deck. It was available when I reserved it and their equipment was first class as was the staff. Unlike the experience I had at Home Depot, Woodinville. I made the reservation two weeks prior to needing it, I was texted 4 hours before I was to pick it up saying that my reservation was cancelled because the prior renter still had it. (Not even the curtesy of a phone call) No offer to locate one for me-NOTHING. A friend picked one up at another store. It was junk, not effective, the handle came off on one side.
