My hair is hard to deal with. It's curly in some spots, straight in others, it's just a pain, but Alex always manages to make it look good. She's the only one who has ever been able to cut it just right. The 5 star is for her alone. I've never tried any others.

The last 4-5 times I have gone to great clips I have been vastly disappointed. My partner has always fixed my hair at home afterward, but this time it was so bad that I went back the next day. They graciously took the time to fix it, but it’s just absurd to me that the job needs supplemental work every single time. The hairstylist is not aware that they didn’t finish the job? Most people won’t complain if you do 75%? You don’t make enough money if you take the time to finish? Something is broken here.

service is not bad for what you pay. The main issue is language barrier I feel. Yesterday I took my 14 months old for a haircut and my baby was sitting in my lap now it would have been better if we both have worn apron not just my baby as it doesn't make sense.
