First time here and I was so fortunate to have Roman as my stylist. He was terrific! I always get a bob and I always want undercutting but I rarely get it. I also often need to trim some hair that got missed but not this time! Roman did everything I requested, plus was friendly and professional. He was also checking people in and greeting people as they came in so I thought he was the manager or assistant manager but he is not. Hopefully that will happen soon. Will only have Ashley do my hair. Had her multiple times wouldn't have anyone else. Professional, and easy to talk to. She also does my wife's hair, and she loves Ashley
I’ve been going to the Great Clips in Woodinville for about five years and just realized I never left a review. Big shout-out to Alex — she’s great.
I’m 77 years old, and she’s always kind, respectful, and makes me feel very comfortable. She always asks how I want my hair cut and gets it right every time. My wife even says, “If Alex isn’t there, come back when she is.”
Alex is friendly, has a great sense of humor, and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I actually look forward to seeing her, and if she’s busy, I’m happy to wait. Hope Great Clips treats her well — she’s a keeper.
