BrightView Landscapes

We have used Brightview Landscapes for the past 4 years for our HOA community, The Towns at Riverfront, Everett, WA. Our HOA is rather large, 190 Townhomes plus common open space. So far, just this year (2026) we have completed 4 projects to include tree trimming, replacement of 2 dead trees, and application of bark to all common area beds. For early March our community has never looked better. The crews work hard to keep up the appearance of the community, the cost is reasonable and we have very good lines of communication.

Brandon Ames and his team are amazing. They do a beautiful job and go above and beyond consistently. They are never upset about feedback or requests for changes or extras. He always accommodates our property's needs. Even when they change. Amazing service and stellar communication. I recommend them to anyone wanting a job well done and a company that cares about how you feel about thier service.

I think these guys are great. It seems like they try to do the best job they can, and I appreciate their attention to detail. I also can tell this company takes safety seriously, which is refreshing to see the priority for those who work so hard each day-they have families too.
