We were visiting Mazama for a week when our geriatric dog tumbled off the porch and had noticeable issues standing and walking. We headed to the first vet office we could find and they took us as a walk in (which they don't usually do).Dr Sherrie and her staff were amazing. They took care of our little guy, were thorough in their exam and got us back home quickly. We're very thankful for everything they did!! I would recommend this office to anyone based on our experience and their caring and thoughtful manner.

Due to a cancellation by another patient, I was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Pastore after my dog became ill during a camping trip to Winthrop. Upon arriving at the clinic I was greeted warmly by Kerstin, and Rachael was very understanding and compassionate during the initial intake examination. When I spoke with Dr. Pastore I was immediately impressed with her knowledge and professionalism regarding my pet’s condition. Dr. Pastore helped my dog during an emergency, off hours, and showed extreme kindness and compassion for both myself and my dog. I was blown away by how nice and helpful she was. Can’t recommend enough.
