I cannot recommend Winthrop Veterinary Clinic highly enough! As a proud owner of a French bulldog with various medical issues, I've faced many challenges, but the staff here has been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. We visit at least once a month, and they always take the time to thoroughly explain all treatment options. I also bring in my pitbull lab mix, and both of my dogs feel comfortable and well cared for. The compassion and expertise displayed by the veterinarians and staff have made a significant difference in my dogs' health and well-being. Dr. Sherrie Crow was amazing! Our super active dog injured her back and was acting scarily abnormal - shaking/tremors, squealing when touched, hiding in the bathroom, etc. Dr. Crowe called us back immediately on a weekend evening and helped us assess the situation. We then chose to come in the next day … and received the same quality care. Plus, our dog who is wary of vets … absolutely loved her!

Based on the short interaction with this vet it is clear that they care more about your pets care then getting paid. I was visiting from out of town for a camping trip and my dog had an allergic reaction. I called this vet and left a VM. Dr. Pastore called within 10 minutes and gave me consultation. Even after asking for an invoice for their services they still didn't want to charge me. Very clear that they will prioritize your pet and not try to nickel and dime you. Very grateful!
