I leave feeling great and the tension in my neck/shoulders has significantly improved over these last few months.One more thing to note — the Wellness Center is a beautifully designed building with lots of good vibes from the mindfulness, sound bath and yoga classes that take place in its central meeting and waiting room. Lots of natural lights and indoor plants. It’s a hub for community wellness practices of all kinds.“
