I just started going to the Winlock Valley View. So far, my experience has been great, staff has been very courteous and helpful. I want to especially call out Kelly Hanks, ARNP, she has been amazing and I can't say enough things about her! She listens and genuinely cares about her patients. Very satisfied!
My doctor, Kelli Hanks GNP, and her nurse are absolutely amazing. When they transferred from Chehalis to Winlock, I followed them. I am so happy that I did. I get the care that I need in a comfortable environment from people who care. What more could you ask for!
After just moving 300 miles west from Eastern Washington I was needing to find a new provider for my medical care. I was able to get a fairly quick new patient appointment because I live in an rural area. I have high standards of care because I come from the medical field of some 40 years. Kelli Hanks was kind, understanding and was willing to put in for the many referrals that I need in place. Jenny even called my lab results to me the other day, of which, I really appreciated her efforts.
