The best place. So warm and friendly service. My hair nails feet were treated so well. Mirana and Nick did a awesome job. Would recommend them.

The owner Nick of off the rails hair salon is a creep. He lies and I would not recommend to anyone. I got very expensive extensions and all of them fell out in less than a week. Buisness claims to have a "no refund policy" but I did not sign a contract and was not told otherwise. And not posted on the walls or counter. The owner is not understanding and claims to have said things he did not say. I recommend to anyone to not visit this salon for any service. Yes they wanted to make it write and I had an appointment scheduled to do so. but ended up needing emergency surgery so had to cancel. once healthy again messaged and tried to schedule for a Sunday or Monday my days off and was told I needed to take a day off work cause the person who did my hair was not in. why would I need to take time off work for them to make it good. so now no hair and no money back unless i take this creep to court.

I'm a busy mom of 3 a wife and work 3 jobs. I appreciate them being open on Sundays. It was very easy to book the appointment and my hair stylist was amazing. She is friendly and knowledgeable and took me from a light to medium drown to blond in one sitting. I'll definitely be back !!! Thank you Myriam for helping me feel beautiful !!!
