Breff built an amazing house. It stands out even in an upscale community. He took my own personal ideas of my dream home and created something far better than I could have imagined on my own. He is a gifted architect and a solid contractor. Communication was fun and easy. I made a good decision entrusting him to bring it all to life. Couldn’t be happier!

We built a different type of house than the now common (IMO) modern box design/flat roof style. The end result came out amazing and it shows how Breff McLaughlin can handle any unique situation you throw at him.

My wife and I hired Breff and his team to completely remodel our 1980s home. We had worked with another architect and were dissatisfied with the results. We hired Breff to take over the project and he quickly developed a vision for what we were trying to accomplish and developed plans that exceeded our expectations. His deep experience and knowledge of construction was incredibly helpful in finding innovative and cost effective approaches to the project. We are very happy with the result. He is well known for high end, modern homes and we were really impressed with his ability to modernize a dated home into what looks and feels like a cutting edge architectural design.
