I'm normally extremely picky about where I take my car as I've had some bad experiences at other car washes, however, I stopped here today on my lunch and gave it a try. I definitely do not regret it, I will be back. Absolutely loved how clean my car came out, it's never come out this clean at other car washes. The pressure is great, the soap worked really well. The brush was soft, the dryer worked. The only thing that struggled at working was the wax but it didn't really bother me as it still worked well enough to use on my car. I have no complaints, very happy with the results.
Came here the other day to wash my BMW, unfortunately there was an issue with the bay I was using. The soap brush completely stopped working on me, so I called the phone number on the office door. And older man answered and assured me he was on his way, sure enough a few minutes later he was there and Apologized for the inconvenience and made it right so I could finish washing my car. 5 stars are what I can give and in my opinion they earned it. We will be back again for when our vehicles are in need of another hand wash.
The bay I used needs to have a leak in the system above the vehicle fixed. Also the dryer nozzle came off while I was drying the car. Other than that it seems to be a good place to clean my car.
