Red Mountain RV Park is a safe and quiet place to stay, known for its sense of community and privacy. The new management has made several upgrades and plans to make more. While the sites are close together and the rates are on the higher end, the park offers 24-hour laundry facilities and is conveniently located near Walmart, Target, Home Depot, and a river. Robert Adams, the owner, has over 20 years of experience in tree work and offers free quotes, promising to beat any other bid by 10 percent or more.
We were getting ready for a trip into the Benton City/Richland area and we were looking for some information on things in the area and for a place that could accommodate the length of the trailer. When I made the call they were super nice and helpful and when we arrived the next day they had plenty of pull through spaces. Many thanks for the kindness!
We recently had to leave after a 7 month extended stay due to some unforseen circumstances but enjoyed living here. Alyssa, the manager, was amazing throughout our stay. She was also very understanding on why we had to leave and was very flexible. Robert, the maintenance guy, was awesome as well. I always saw him busy doing something around the park to keep things running.
The only thing I didn't enjoy about the place was the druggy. I know there's probably more there, but this man will drive through the park while smoking m*th. He has also discarded drug paraphernalia onto park grounds, and even with me turning in photo and video evidence of this, they only spoke...read full review
The new park management is actively trying to pick up the pieces from the previous management, and they are doing a fantastic job. The receptionist in the office is very nice and helpful. The park is looking cleaner and cleaner everyday. Wether it's just cleaning up the yards, completely replacing the kids park jungle gym, or just finally getting the bad tenants out, they're doing great! And I tell you what, they deal with quite a bit of unnecessary drama from some people but they handle it all gracefully. I definitely recommend this park to anyone in search of a new trailer park to move into. There's full trailer hookups, clean bathrooms and showers, and a brand new kids playground fit for the park.
