I went to the West Richland school back in 2019 as a 19 year old and took the classes there with Melissa. She just got a puppy that year and I was able to hold it while we learned during class. She was so kind and fun to all of us in the classroom and I could tell everyone was comfortable around her. I came back 3 years later (2022) to finish the drives with the instructor, study for the written text, and practice for the state drive test because I have been experiencing anxiety around driving and it took me getting therapy to finish drivers ed. This place is an incredible driving experience, did I learn to drive? Kinda. But more importantly, did Alan teach me how to say f you in Italian? Yes! Thanks Alan, you are a real one. You will have a fun story after coming here, guaranteed.

This school is GOOD. Due to the covid-19 thing happening unfortunately small businesses like this are struggling to keep up. The west Richland office seems to be the most organized ( even though it seems only 3 people are working between west Richland, Kennewick and Benton city). I was able to text or call Melissa any time I had a question about my son. He did have a hard time learning on zoom but only because it is so much less give and take (personable). When he went into the office to take the class test and to do his state testing, he was really surprised at how "Cool" they were. When I talked to Melissa and Jodi they were warm and helpful.
