He's extremely sensitive about his nails due to a traumatic experience for him at a Different grooming facility. “Great people. Always so good to my girl even when she is "uncooperative." The first time I went there the owner clipped her nails but because my dogs quicks were so long she didn't charge me. Even gave her a treat bag. Been back since and always feel good with how they treat the animals. Highly recommended!“

“NuNu has stayed at the Kitty Kat Hilton for a couple of 2 week trips while I was out of state and several 4 and 5 day stays. He is sometime doesn't want to leave, but the owners are very helpful in getting NuNu in his carrier. There price is very reasonable and NuNu is very well taken care of. I highly recommend the Kitty Kat Hilton for the care of your cat or cats.“
