🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Simply Amazing! Matthew was able to help me eliminate chronic back pain an other issues I had been fighting for the past 15 years. He explained how my posture had created patterns of pain in my body. He suggested several simple things I could do to bring awareness to the the patterns, and I was then able to identify and begin to change habits I didn’t even know I had.
