The office is perfectly designed to put children at ease, making it a place where kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. The facility features a playroom area to entertain kids while they wait. Parents appreciate the good care, including follow-up calls to check on their child's well-being after procedures. The team is professional and compassionate, taking the time to clearly explain everything before procedures and answering all questions afterward. Overall, it's a great place where kids can have a positive experience and parents feel supported.
Dr. Ping is phenomenal. The office is friendly and perfectly designed to put children at ease; my kids actually look forward to going to the dentist! He also helped two of our children with releasing lip ties and saved the day with their nursing. I cannot recommend the practice and specifically Dr. Ping more highly.
This was our first time visiting, my newborn had a tongue tie and we were in desperate need of help. Dr. Ping and his team were beyond amazing. They were professional, and friendly. Before the procedure they took the time to sit down and with calm, clearly explain everything making sure we understood and were on board. Then after, all of our questions were answered and we were handed plenty of resources for post care making sure we had all the help we needed. It was a breath of fresh air to not be rushed in and out.
