I needed to make an offer on a home that had multiple offers. I needed to be approved quickly so I could make an offer. Tracy was able to do this and then she followed up and got the loan approved. We were able to make an offer and get it accepted on time. We got the house. After our offer was accepted she patiently worked us through the loan approval process to close on time.
