Adrian came out to repair/service my AC/Heat pump unit. He was very kind, thorough and did a great job. 5 stars for him.
I love this company. Jacob came out 5 years ago and installed the system for us in our older 1904 home. He was extremely creative and problem solved a lot of the issues in the install due to the old house. 5 stars for Jacob's install and for equipment, etc.
They were courteous on the phone, showed up at the scheduled time, and the serviceman was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He explained what he did in the service call and made recommendations for maintaining longer life and health of our H/AC system. We would use them again and recommend them to others. They do a good job.
Took a little longer than expected, but pulling out an old wonky sysyem & installing a new heat pump/furnace in sometimes 100+ weather is a challenge. Dallas, Jacob & Paul did a great job. Grateful to be cool again! Thanks!!
