I’ve used Jacob’s for the past 3 years and always very please with their service! When we moved here 3 years ago, our upstairs stayed hot and downstairs would get cold around 8:30 every night. Come to find out, this had been happening since the house was built without resolution. Jacob personally came out and got it fixed for us very quickly. Yesterday evening, my heater completely stopped working. We woke up to a pretty cold house. I called Jacob’s HVAC, and they got me squeezed in same day. The technician was very nice and took his time getting things working! You guys are always so great and timely! Thank you!
James came by the house today to check on our HVAC system and was able to explain a few things to me to help overall performance and let me know anything he encountered. James was friendly and easy to deal with, will continue to work with Jacob's HVAC.
This gentleman was absolutely amazing called him. He was at our house within an hour on one of the hottest days of the year. Had it fixed in less than an hour thank you for being amazing if anyone needs air-conditioning fix call immediately.
