We had Jacob's Heating replace our AC and Furnace in the summer of 2021. They were quick, clean, and very helpful. Highly recommended. Then last week our thermostat died, and within a few hours Jacob was over testing it out. Turns out it had a production defect and was toast, but he had a replacement installed and it was under warranty. First of all, I just want to say thank you so very much for your help! We just moved to the area, and when we turned our heat on this winter, we noticed a malfunction in the zones. The upstairs was blowing non stop and would get really hot to the point of everyone super uncomfortable. Jacobs crew found a vent that was not connected and was actually sucking in insulation to our system, they fixed that the next day, and then the next night after a decent amount of troubleshooting; found out some wiring had been done incorrectly.
