Even though he wasn't able to get me in on my big city timing, and knowing that, I got a response to my voicemail within a couple hours.I write this because not every business does you the courtesy of a return call.SO, so far it's a 5 star in my book.

Hot Dogz went above and beyond with my grooming experience and I highly recommend them! It's very clear the owner/groomer is a dog lover. They were super quick to respond to my email and accommodate a grooming appointment. Plus they asked me a lot of detailed questions about my preference to ensure the groom was to my liking and that my pet was ok with the grooming process.
