Home Inspection - Wenatchee Tanner was a delight to work with. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was responsive to our questions and gave honest and direct answers. Tanner spoke to us at length about his findings, then within 24 hours he provided a detailed and easy to understand report via email. He highlighted the most important items to ensure we didn’t miss anything. We will hire Tanner for all future inspections and will recommend him to family or friends in need of a home inspector. His rate was very reasonable.

Does a Great job on home inspections. Very thorough throughout inspection. Inspection report east to read and follow. I would recommend using heritage for home inspections.

First time meeting & using Tanner for a possible Home purchase. He was prompt, very informative and knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to also. He wasn't in a hurry and made time to discuss things. I will use him again if needed. (You should too!)
