This is the second time Guild Mortgage Company and I have worked together. My agent was Janie Shrader, Senior Loan Officer. My experience working with Ms Shrader was beyond outstanding. Janie Shrader and Guild once again exceeded all my expectations. My questions were responded to quickly and professionally via telephone or email and I always knew where I stood in the process. Too bad the Stars only go up to 5. I would easily double that if left to me. You can't go wrong with Guild Mortgage Company. I needed to make an offer on a home that had multiple offers. I needed to be approved quickly so I could make an offer. Tracy was able to do this and then she followed up and got the loan approved. We were able to make an offer and get it accepted on time. We got the house. After our offer was accepted she patiently worked us through the loan approval process to close on time. I would work with Tracy again and recommend Guild Mortgage to others. 10 out of 10 for Tracy, plus she gave us a nice gift at closing. Thanks
