This year was pretty crappy service. Mr. Goetz was extremely rude when trying to talk to him and ask him questions over the phone. Did not return calls in a timely manner, had to call several times. Acted like I was bothering him. I literally just needed a yes or no to my question.
The ladies at the front desk were great.
But I won’t be going back to Goetz. Been a customer for 3 years now. Obviously does not care about my money.
