Last week was the first time that I have worked with After Hours Plumbing, and it was a great experience! They were able to get me on the schedule sooner than I had anticipated, and they were able to accommodate my busy schedule. Brian was my plumber, and he not only fixed the problem, but made an affordable suggestion for switching out the drain to another style that would be less likely to have the same issue in the future. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the total cost was reasonable for the work that was performed. It was a great experience all the way around!
We called in the morning with drains not working. They came just after noon. The 2 guys were amazing. Turns out there were 2 different things going on so they took care of both while they were here. They took the time to explain what was wrong and what they were doing to fix the issues. Also, gave me a few helpful hints to help prevent the problem in the future . This is the second time we have used this company and although I hope we don't have any issues in the future, I would not hesitate to call them again. Great job
Stellar service, communication, and Chris the plumber was great! Thank you so much, I’d recommend over and over again. :)
