Washougal Supercuts seems like a very popular place, with good reason. Caryssa was amazing, went above and beyond. Great service, A#1 cut and color, + the best therapy I've had in a long time (everyone knows getting your hair done and talking to your cosmetologist is therapeutic) and i really needed that.
