Charged my card for two bundles of car washes somehow and didn't print a receipt. Tried multiple times on the phone and via email to get refunded or credited. Woman had no idea what she was doing.

Didn’t clean the dirt off the sides of my car first time through and left pink droplets of cleaner on the sides for $19. Workers were present and let me go through a second time, still missed a 6” stripe of dirt on the side of my car. Had to pay additional $3 for vacuum that didn’t last long enough to vacuum my car. Hoses on vacuums not long enough to reach to back of vehicle. One of the vacuums didn’t work at all. Never coming back here.

Tap pay does not work and has not for like a year. Which is such an easy pathetic thing to fix. I’ve had to use three different credit cards until one worked. Pathetic. They clearly never maintenance anything here . Better to give your money to someone that actually slightly cares lol
