It was a pleasure to work with Ron to renovate our front porch. We were tired of annually re-staining the wooden porch deck and we wanted to update it. Ron’s bid was considerably less than our initial bid from another contractor. Ron’s crew, JR and Wayne, were punctual, worked hard and offered several suggestions that really improved the project. Even with some mid-stream changes the job was completed promptly and with the original bid. We would definitely hire Built Stout again.
Built Stout is a first class company. They did everything on a friendly and professional manner. The bid they gave was what I paid even though they spent endless hours getting a permit. The work was as good as it gets. We were very happy with the results.
Great choice! We had multiple builders quote for our new deck. Some were questionable, offering to bypass the permitting process. Some were professional but it was all business. Ron was the perfect combination of professional while taking the time to educate us and really learn about what we wanted. As with most construction projects there was a few bumps along the way, but Ron and his team never made us concerned. Our deck turned out great. My wife keeps raving about how “fancy” she feels sitting on it. We live on a golf course and have had many compliments from passing players. Would absolutely work with Built Stout again!!
