We had a great experience today. Our fireplace stopped working right after we moved in and I wasn’t able to get anyone in to fix it. A Your Town was amazing, from scheduling to service provided plus prices were quite reasonable. I will definitely go back to them if we needed any fireplace services and I sure recommend them to anyone. Thank you for such an awesome job, our fireplace is as good as new 😊

From the office staff to Dan and his crew, everyone is excellent to work with. When phoning in to set an appointment, the woman on the phone was extremely helpful. She listened to my problem then provided great feedback. When it came to the service call, Dan and Cody can't be beat. They arrived on time, were respectful of their surroundings and extremely efficient while still making sure I understood the situation and the remedy. Dan also noticed a component of the fireplace which was likely to fail and replaced it to save another service call. (he was working on a 20 year old gas fireplace). He took time out the end of the day to come back to answer a question and be sure we were completely satisfied and happy. This company displays pride in their work from the moment the phone is answered until the work is completed. I highly recommend them.

Over the years I have gotten at least 3 stoves from them. The advise, selection and install were all good, as well as checking with me for chimney cleaning!
