Providence Urgent Care - Walla Walla

I had a recent Emergency Room trip twice in one day because my temp spiked and I became very sick very fast once I was home. My visits were for a kidney infection and kidney stones. I had the kindest nurses and Doctors who took great care of me. I felt heard, cared for and I am feeling so much better after the IV antibiotics/fluids and oral antibiotics. Thank you to all the hard working under appreciated healthcare workers! My nausea and pain were immediately addressed and taken care of! You made a very miserable and sick gal feel very cared for and I very much appreciate you all! ❤️

I would never recommend going here. I sat out in the waiting room for over an hour watching people that came in after me get let into their appointment. Keep in mind I waited over an hour and some of these people only sat there for 10-20 minutes. When they finally took me back they made me wait in the room for over an hour again. All I needed was for them to check an infection and it costs 3.5 hours of my time. While I listened to them out in the hall just talking to each other. I regret ever coming here. I never waited this long at my Urgent Care in my home town.

Experience was exceptional considering this was an urgent care facility. It’s nice to know you’re here for our community. Knowledgeable staff and Physician and we waited a limited length of time. Thank You
