When we bought our house we contracted with Mick's Exterminating for the Sentricon System installation and maintenance, as well as a quarterly exterior application. we never had any problems with Mick's. A few years ago they changed hands to another company. I believe since that time the other company has also been acquired by Pointe Pest Control Systems. Recently we received communication from a debt collector for non-payment of the annual renewal fee,billed in May. I immediately called Pointe Pest Control and was told this was a mistake and that we would be removed from collections. I also went online and after no small amount of effort was able to find how to make a payment for the full outstanding balance. I left a message here on Facebook with Point Pest Control on August 7th and have received no response. Today we received yet another invoice from AIM Collections. it also seems we haven't received service this quarter and not even sure if we have a contract anymore because no one will communicate with me. The last two times I called the person I spoke with (Chelsea) was very cordial but she nearly brand new and still in training and had no idea really how to help. We have always had impeccable credit and are very worried that this mix up with the billing is going to impact our credit rating. Of equal importance is that we cannot figure out if we even have pest control services at this time. Very disappointing communication and customer service from this company...
