Lisa Smyth is one of my favorite people on the planet - no exaggeration. I worked for her for 2.5 years and she showed me what a GREAT supervisor looks like - she listened, gave just enough direction for me to accomplish her stated goals, never hovered, made every day enjoyable and, best of all, trusted me.I saw how much her clients respected and trusted her on a daily basis, many of them returning time and again after new issues arose.Best of all, Lisa became a natural friend, supporting me through very difficult seasons of my life and encouraging me to fly the coop when a fantastic opportunity arose.I will forever be grateful to have met and worked for her.
