I cannot speak highly enough of Grassi and their workmen. They helped get heat back to my home yesterday after over a month without it. They not only fixed the furnace, they were extremely kind, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
AC went out Sunday and we thought we would need to leave a message on an answering machine and wait for a call back in Monday. My husband talked to a live person who took our information. We received a call back Monday morning at around 7 a.m. letting us know a technician would be out within an hour or two. Chris came and diagnosed the problem, had the faulty part replaced …. and AC within the hour. Great service and great team!!! Our family has used Grassi for years !! Thanks everyone for the excellent service!!!
Technician Chris was very professional! He was out to our house in 30 minutes and had our AC fixed in less than 30 minutes! Would definitely recommend to everyone. Amazing customer service.
