I am extremely impressed with the Five Star team. Eric and his team are professional, efficient and east to work with. I called them at 12:30 am to help with a basement flood. Eric was at my house right away, assessed the situation, took photos and promptly called his crew in with pumps. The next morning, they came with fans and dehumidifiers. Throughout the drying time and removing damaged areas, the crew were respectful of our schedules and living spaces, and communicated regularly to update us on the progress. We had a sewer backup issue in our basement. Five Star came out and was very professional and prompt with cleanup up. They removed everything and got it ready for repairs. The repair part was kind of disappointing. The whole process took about 2 months, some of that time was battling insurance. If I was to do it again, I'd still use Five Star for remediation of the issue, but would find a different company for repairs work. Five Stars repair side didn't put our basement back in 5 Star condition, but with how long it all took we just wanted the space back even if it was ok not great. I get they work primarily with insurance but dang it is $$$$$$.
