I called Elite Power-Vac out to come and clean our dryer ducts and Juan went above and beyond. In the process of cleaning he discovered a section of duct was completely disconnected in our attic space. Gaining access to it was a challenge but he found a way and reconnected it. The amount of lint he removed from the ducts was crazy, but we now feel more at ease knowing he significantly lowered our chance of a dryer fire. He was polite, professional and affordable. Highly Recommend! Juan did an amazing job troubleshooting over the phone and communicating what my problem may be. My dryer exhaust is located on the roof of my home and we agreed to wait until the snow had melted before going any further. Juan came over & cleared the clogged dryer vent within minutes. Definitely, recommend Elite Power-Vac for dryer vent services. The cost was very reasonable as well. Thank you again!
