10 out of 10! I've tried them ALL from big names like Stanley steamer to the smaller places. Gus was professional, efficient and most importantly to me, he was knowledgeable! Any question we had, Gus had an answer! I also love the fact that he vacuumed before cleaning and explained the process. Unlike the rest who come in and only spend what seems like a mere 15/30 mins on our carpets... Gus was here for an hour plus, thoroughly cleaning the carpets.
