I made a phone call inquiry: cheerful, informative, welcoming response. I brought my rugs in: interested, informative response regarding my 5 very different rugs, two of which are handmade antiques. Prompt cleaning, clear message left when they were done. Carefully wrapped by guys with welcoming smiles. Result at home? The 3 modern rugs look better than when we bought them; the antiques look happy, healthy, beautiful. Thank you, Clean 'n Dry reception and cleaners.
