We worked with Sean and Rachel to design an ADU in our former garage and convert our carport into additional living space. They created clever solutions to maximize our square footage while keeping costs down and handled the complicated parts like permits and building code compliance.
Rachel has an amazing ability to understand the look you want and make it happen effortlessly! She somehow takes my poorly articulated ideas and turns them into the space I love. Where I might spend days choosing paint colors, she finds the perfect one in minutes.
