I’ve been in the Army for 14 years and I’ve just been in so much pain from my neck, shoulder blades, and lower back. A lot of people are scared of chiropractic because of the dramatic cracking of your back or neck, and to be honest, that makes me nervous too. But Carolyn practices a different and far gentler modality called Atlas, where there's none of the cracking. Instead she'll make a tiny adjustment, slide a wedge pillow under you at the right angle, and have you sink into the table and relax into the change. For the neck they have a special tool that looks like a tuning fork. There's never any violent cracking, just a little hum and then miraculously your neck is straighter and looser. I can't tell you how it works, but it does.

So I've recommended Carolyn to lots of friends and can't recommend her more. She even takes a lot of insurance, those there's a discount for paying cash because it's less work for her.“
