My husband William Ball and me(Morai Ball) visited almost office closing time around 5pm ish March 29th, 2024. I knew they will close at 5:30pm(I know we’re so rude sorry ?)but we had only that time we really want to switch the new insurance company. When we got there and We talked to Quandrea Williams. She was greeting so well and beautiful smile. My 3years old baby was cranky and fussy in the office. But Quandrea made us so comfortable and smile all the time to us. Marilyn was extremely helpful. She answered many questions for me and even made a point to offer more information on stuff I didn't know to ask about. There was zero waiting and very friendly service. Also the best price I found.
