They were great. I called them Friday morning just before my operation and they had somebody at my house Saturday morning. I used them for 4 days, I had two different healthcare workers both of them was kind wonderful and competent, I even got my house cleaned out of it. I would certainly recommend them to anybody who needs help after an operation or if you have parents that need to have the healthcare worker several hours every day to help them with shopping food prep all that stuff. From start to finish, the staff was great. Our mother had suffered a pelvic fracture and had gone from the hospital to a care center until Medicare coverage ended. Our mother wanted to go home but as a family we couldn’t take care of her without help. We contacted Generations and one of their assessment people came to the care center before she was discharged, assessed what her needs were and put us in touch with one of ther case managers, Robyn. Robyn quickly set up their care providers who were all very warm and caring.
I would recommend Generations to anyone with a loved one that needed care in their own home.
