I met with Otha Perry about options of pulling equity out of my home, she showed me the steps of reviewing credit and where to focus on the items that needed attention. Looked everything over and cautioned me on my current interest rate and although a refinance would give me what I needed; my interest rate would be a bit higher with a higher monthly mortgage payment. She provided me with a few solutions, and one was a referral to another company that taps into your home equity as a share. I did take her proposed option as it was best suited for me.
