The professionals here are exceptional. My personal situation requires a lot of serious dental work, and with that comes a certain degree of insecurity and shame. Everyone here is incredibly empathetic, and supportive. More importantly, they're really good at what they do. The doctors are very clear with their explanations and steadfast with the plan, which I appreciate. Coordinators, and the financed folks have a good relaxing feel. Easily the best dentist I have ever been to! The entire team, from the front desk to the dental staff, are so kind and considerate. I always feel like my concerns are properly addressed, they are very candid about the financial aspects of treatment, and Dr. Chung is always very patient, professional, and thoroughly explains every procedure, plan, and answers any questions I have! I've had bad experiences in the past, including IV sedation and nitrous oxide giving me panic attacks, so I appreciate that they took the time to explore alternative options (in my case, local anesthesia) instead of pressuring me into a specific treatment. Great customer service, the staff is cordial and professional. The doctors are knowledgeable and have excellent bedside manners, they are patient and understanding. I always had a pleasant experience and the quality of the work is exceptional. Highly recommend!!!
