We visit regularly. Today we went to get the Birthday pendant for my daughter. I paid and the associate went to get the pin and came back with the manager. They informed me that the pendant is free WITH purchase. Ummmm I just spent $55. I was told they could do a return and repurchase but the return would take 3-5 business days to process. I could think of 2 better solutions and neither were us leaving without the pendant. Managers definitely need aome training.
