I first met with Steve over 3 years ago. I got 4 other estimates for this siding repair/paint job of my 4 story apartment building which had been neglected for over 50 years. After finally becoming ready to hire, I reached back out to Steve. He was happy to pick up where we left off. I didn’t know whether to replace the entire siding or just do a repair job, and Steve helped me see that we could fix it up very nicely and wouldn’t need to do a full siding replacement. Steve and his team did a fantastic job of painting our house when we were getting it ready for sale. They were able to accommodate our tight timeframe, and were great about communicating with us about the work being done. I highly recommend this painter/company. They were professional and I trusted him immediately to do a great job and he sure did. They removed my asbestos ceilings and restored the ceilings to a flawless condition, primed and painted them. They look great. Very happy and plan to call them in the future.
